  • Total Manhattan Class A Office vacancies increased from 5.3 % vacant to 5.4 % vacant
  • Total New York City Office vacancy decreased from 5.3 % vacant to 5.2 % vacant
Retail and Office tenants are in for a rude surprise as the city assessments and lease escalations dramatically rise. The market is starting to get a little slower as the temperatures begin to get warmer and summer sets in.
