61-63 Crosby Street in Manhattan, NYC, is a historic building located within the SoHo Cast Iron District Extension. The four-story Italianate-style store and loft buildings were designed by W. Joralemon and built between 1873 and 1874. They were later altered by Theodore A. Tribet in 1875.

The buildings were designated as part of the SoHo-Cast Iron Historic District Extension in 2010. In 2016, the Landmarks Preservation Commission approved a proposal for their conversion back to commercial use, which included removing non-original fire escapes, extending the rear of 61 Crosby Street, and adding a fifth floor with a terrace.

A modernization and one-story rooftop addition were completed in 2020. The project involved restoring the brownstone facade, adding new wood and glass storefronts, and installing a lead-coated copper rooftop addition. The restoration maintained the historic integrity of the building while incorporating modern elements.
