300 Park Avenue South, also known as The Creative Arts Center, is a Beaux-Arts commercial building in Manhattan, NYC. It was completed in 1911 and features a 16-story structure with a height of 192 feet. The building was designed by Starrett & van Vleck and originally served as the Mills & Gibb Building. It was constructed on the site of the old Fourth Avenue Presbyterian Church.

The building boasts a frontage of 114 feet on Fourth Avenue and 100 feet on Twenty-second Street. Its architectural style includes ornamental iron partitions and Richardson seamless kalamein fire doors. The steel frame was fireproofed with terra cotta hollow tile.
