200 Vesey Street, formerly known as Three World Financial Center and also known as the American Express Tower, is a prominent building in the Brookfield Place complex in Lower Manhattan, New York City. The building is an example of postmodern architecture, featuring over 2.1 million square feet of rentable office space. It connects to the rest of the complex through a courtyard leading to the Winter Garden, a dramatic glass-and-steel public space.

200 Vesey Street was severely damaged by debris from the World Trade Center collapse on September 11, 2001. It underwent repairs and reopened in May 2002. The building houses the world headquarters of American Express and was once the headquarters of Lehman Brothers.
